As a product/service member, sometimes we find it difficult to make the dreaded “cold call” in order to drum up more business. One way to make those calls a little easier is to become a member of the San Angelo Apartment Association. The apartment industry has such a wide variety of needs from advertising to phone service, window glass to carpet, construction materials to chemicals, and much, much more.
By becoming a member, you have the opportunity to meet owners, managers, and maintenance personnel at the General Membership Luncheon once a month. You will learn firsthand industry news, regulations and trends before they go into effect, or become law.  All kinds of other information related to the multi-family housing industry are available to you.  You also have the distinct advantage of doing “business with other members”, which makes the effort a little easier for all involved.
We support members each month at our luncheon when we feature a “Spotlight Vendor”.  That vendor has the chance to present the attendees with an overview of their operations, products and services, as well as distribute any printed literature about their company.
