Support and elevate our members in the apartment industry through education, collaboration, and community involvement.
OBJECTIVES OF THE SAAA

To advance the general welfare of the housing industry through the Association of those involved in ownership, management, and suppliers of products and services to the industry.

To encourage within the housing industry a high appreciation of the objectives and responsibilities of owners, agents and operators in providing adequate housing and services for the public.

To promote the enactment and enforcement of local, state and federal laws beneficial to the housing industry and free enterprise.

To provide useful information to all members and inspire them to further educate themselves in the practical features of rental management.

To hold workshops, seminars, educational courses and exhibitions of products and services and other items which may be beneficial in the conduct of the multi family housing industry and related businesses upon the direction and approval of the Board of Directors.
