Property Owners/Managers:
As a member of the San Angelo Apartment Association, you have exclusive access to the most recognized and comprehensive lease contracts and property management forms in the state.
More than two dozen different standardized forms are available, including some in NCR versions. Many forms are available in English with Spanish on the reverse.
Other stand-alone Spanish versions are available to help you bridge any language barriers with your residents. Forms are written in plain English (not legalese), and designed for an eighth-grade education. Forms are updated regularly to reflect changes in the law, court decisions and member experience.
Blue Moon Software is the exclusive distributor of the official lease forms approved by the Texas Apartment Association. TAA Forms Online is a completely Web-based program which enables members to access the TAA lease forms. TAA Forms Online lets you quickly fill out and print all of the official TAA Lease Forms and REDBOOK forms.

As a Supplier Member, sometimes we find it difficult to make the dreaded “cold call” in order to add more business. One way to make those calls a little easier is to become a member of the San Angelo Apartment Association. The apartment industry has such a wide variety of needs from advertising to phone service, window glass to carpet, construction materials to chemicals, and much, much more. By becoming a member, you have the opportunity to meet owners, managers, and maintenance personnel at the General Membership Luncheon once a month. You will learn firsthand industry news, regulations and trends before they go into effect, or become law. All kinds of other information related to the multi-family housing industry are available to you. You also have the distinct advantage of doing “business with other members,” which makes the effort a little easier for all involved.

We support members each month at our luncheon when we feature a “Spotlight Vendor”. That vendor has the chance to present the attendees with an overview of their operations, products and services, as well as distribute any printed literature about their company.
